Advanced Automated Component Placement

• From medium batch sizes on we utilize our knowledge and expertise using automated component placement using pick and place machines. This enhances efficiency and reduces human error during production runs.
• By employing both manual and automated assembly we provide the opportunity to be the same supplier going from prototype to product.

Flexible PCB Assembly Soldering

• Accomodating for different customer or component needs we offer both traditional reflow soldering and a vapor phase process. Both produce reliable and error-free connections.

Component Sourcing and Supply Chain Management

• To further ease the process of ordering electronics assemblies, we provide the service of component sourcing and supply chain management. This ensures efficiency in the manufacturing process by leveraging our expertise in working with large scale distributors.

Design for Manufacturing

• Experience with electronics manufacturing plays a key role in understanding the challenges when optimizing an electronics assembly for manufacturing. We have this experience.
• We assist in all phases of electronics design in regard to DFM, e.g.:
  • Choosing component values in schematic design.
  • Adjusting component sizes in layout to either pool components or ease manufacturing.
  • Post-processing layouts for efficient production by panelization.
